Your Rights:

• You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials you provide to us.
• By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
• You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you provide.

For services that require payment, the following terms apply:

• Pricing: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Current pricing will be provided in written quotations.
• Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, wire transfers, and approved credit terms for qualified business customers.
• Payment Terms: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.
• Taxes: All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees. You are responsible for all such charges.
• Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation and refund policies vary by product and service. Custom or special-order materials may not be refundable. Contact us for specific terms.

We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances and to pursue collection through legal means if necessary.

Product Warranties: Our materials and products come with specific warranties as detailed in individual product documentation. These warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Service Warranties: We strive to provide accurate information and reliable services. However, except as expressly stated:

• Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided.
• We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Quantum Metacore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quantum Metacore, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

1. Your use or misuse of our services.
2. Your violation of these Terms.
3. Your violation of any rights of another party, including intellectual property rights.
4. Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
5. Any content or information you provide through our services.

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us and ceasing use of our services. You will remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to termination.

Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Extended inactivity
• Misuse of our services or systems

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
